Insurers must comply with Dutch and European competition rules. To do this, they can use the Model Competition Compliance Regulations. This model provides an overview of measures to be taken, such as appointing a compliance officer.
Competition Compliance Regulations
The employees of the Dutch Association of Insurers represent an industry that visibly and verifiably adheres to the applicable competition rules. With the help of the Competition Compliance Regulations, we comply with European and Dutch competition law within the Dutch Association of Insurers.
