Bedrijfsregeling 19: Regres bij motorrijtuigverzekeringen
Deze bedrijfsregeling stelt regels met betrekking tot het over en weer afstand doen van verhaal van expertise- en hulpverleningskosten door deelnemers en wat betreft de schadevergoeding verhaal beperkt tot de netto-schadevergoeding vanwege het voorkomen van inefficiënt verhaal en bevordering en instandhouding van de goede naam van het verzekeringsbedrijf. Op 1 juli 2021 wordt bedrijfsregeling 19 van kracht en komen de hierin geïntegreerde bedrijfsregelingen 4, 17 en 18 te vervallen. Read more
